Actor's Residence Manhattan

After successfully opening a restaurant in SoHo, the owner introduced us to an actor friend. initially the actor thought we did just interiors and asked us over to his Tribeca loft in order to procure a new couch, cushions and art. we saw during the walk through that his 3 outside decks were torn apart to replace roofing. Chien Dao Studio offered to redo the decks including the landscaping, as well as the other interior items. In the end we never did end up getting those couches and cushions...
