Formerly Buffa’s café, this is second location for the Cafeteria Group and the first location for “MacBar”, serving 17 different kinds of gormette macaroni and cheese take out. The Delicatessen restaurant will retain the concept of high-fashion comfort food but take it to the next level with fully retracting custom stainless steel and glass roll-up doors, and fully glazed courtyard. The owner’s saw the need to create additional underground space so the kitchen and lounges were excavated an additional two feet in to the ground while the ground floor was opened up with the removal of a substantial amount of load bearing walls and columns that support an existing 6 story brick building.
