PACIFIC GREEN

This was one of Chien Dao Studio's first independent architectural new building projects. the owner of the lot brought along plans to obtain adjacent air rights and his designer. the building sought to skew views immediately to the north of the downtown Brooklyn jail. After initial filling with the department of buildings, the website Curbed obtained images from our website and published on their website, effectively raising community opposition and hindering the ability to purchase air rights, therefor sinking the project.
